Stand Up Paddle finds his origin in Hawaii in the late 60 ies and now a new sport is on the rise : Stand Up Paddling.

As soon as you stand up on a board, you use your paddle on the both sides to move through the water.As you can imagine, Stand Up Paddling is a very complete workout as you practice your legs,back,stomach,arms and shoulders all in one time.


The good thing about Stand Up paddle is that everybody can do this and enjoy the lovelly surounding  and quietness from the water.
